Liaison College is seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join our team. As an Administration Officer, you will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Procedures: Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they are efficient and effective.
- Work Delegation: Delegate work to office support staff to ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Work Priorities: Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Record Administration: Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
- Office Services: Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services.
- Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Reporting: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence.
- Office Administration: Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.
- Budget Control: Plan and control budget and expenditures.
- Team Size: 3-4 people.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 35 hours per week.
