To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of five years of experience managing digital marketing campaigns
  • Demonstrable expertise in SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising
  • Proficiency in copywriting and content creation
  • Experience optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Familiarity with website platforms like WordPress and WP bakery plugin
  • Expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Video, Remarketing)
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Google Ads and Analytics Certifications
  • Certification in Facebook Ads Blueprint
  • Extensive knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Webmaster Tools, and Google Search Console

Nice-to-have qualifications include:

  • Graphics design skills
  • WordPress + WP bakery plugin experience
  • Experience running Facebook Ad campaigns using Facebook Ad Manager / Power Editor
  • CRM experience with Infusionsoft or Zoho
  • Understanding of Google Tag Manager
Your Responsibilities as Our Digital Marketing Manager

As our ideal candidate, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies
  • Creating a plan for content marketing campaigns, including writing and proofreading copy
  • Designing and implementing email marketing campaigns
  • Maintaining our social media presence
  • Tracking campaign performance and reporting on KPIs
  • Executing conversion rate optimization strategies
  • Staying up-to-date with industry developments and trends
  • Collaborating with our owner to ensure effective execution of our marketing plan
Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $50,000 to $70,000 depending on experience, plus a bonus plan tied to achieving key performance indicators (KPIs). You will also be eligible for our company medical benefits plan after completing a 90-day probationary period.
