Butcher - Meat Cutter - Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a skilled Butcher to join our team at 11752472 Canada Inc. as a Meat Cutter - Butcher - Retail Sales Professional. As a key member of our retail sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Cutting and Preparing Meats: Clean and prepare meats to prepare for processing or cutting, cut carcasses, sides, and quarters, and prepare special cuts of meat ordered by customers.
- Meat Handling and Display: Cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat, wrap and package prepared meats, and remove bones from meat.
- Retail Sales: Weigh meats for sale, price meat products, and sell meats to customers.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, answer customer questions, and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Team Collaboration: Supervise other butchers, meat cutters, and fishmongers, train meat cutters, and make special sausages.
- Store Displays: Prepare special displays of meats, poultry, and fish products, and shape, lace, and tie roasts, other meats, poultry, and seafood.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail sales environment is preferred.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
