We are seeking a skilled Butcher to join our team at ALSAFA & ALMARWA MEAT PROCESSING INC. As a Butcher, you will be responsible for preparing and cutting meats for sale, as well as providing excellent customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Cutting and Preparing Meats: Clean and cut meats to prepare for processing or cutting, cut carcasses, sides and quarters, and prepare special cuts of meat ordered by customers.
- Meat Handling and Preparation: Cut, trim and prepare standard cuts of meat, wrap and package prepared meats, remove bones from meat, and weigh meats for sale.
- Customer Service: Sell meats to customers, provide product information and recommendations, and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Team Collaboration: Supervise other butchers, meat cutters and fishmongers, and work collaboratively with the sales team to meet sales targets.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, receive and store meat shipments, and ensure a clean and organized work environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Will train.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
