We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team at ALSAFA & ALMARWA MEAT PROCESSING INC. As a key member of our retail meat processing team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of meat products for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Cutting and Preparing Meat: Clean and cut meats to prepare for processing or cutting, ensuring all products meet our quality standards.
- Meat Processing: Cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat, as well as special cuts ordered by customers.
- Wrapping and Packaging: Wrap and package prepared meats for sale, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Meat Handling: Remove bones from meat, weigh meats for sale, and cut poultry into parts.
- Customer Service: Sell meats to customers, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Team Leadership: Supervise other butchers, meat cutters, and fishmongers, providing guidance and support to ensure a smooth operation.
- Quality Control: Grind meats, slice cooked meats, and prepare special displays of meats, poultry, and fish products, maintaining the highest quality standards.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Will train.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
