Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned leader to fill the role of Lead Indigenous Healthcare Executive at Fraser Health. This position is a key leadership role that requires expertise in healthcare management, particularly in Indigenous health care needs and services. The successful candidate will lead the development and implementation of Indigenous health priorities, oversee clinical services, and foster effective partnerships with First Nations, Métis, and Inuit communities.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead the development and implementation of Indigenous health priorities aligned with the First Nations Health Plan, Tri-partite Health Plan, and Fraser Health strategic plan
* Oversee clinical services, including primary care sites, home support programs, and elder activity programs
* Foster effective partnerships with First Nations, Métis, and Inuit communities, as well as government agencies and provincial ministries
* Develop and implement strategic plans to improve Indigenous health outcomes
* Ensure integration and coordination of programs and services to meet the unique health needs of Indigenous populations

Requirements
* Master's Degree in a field related to healthcare management
* Minimum 10 years' experience in progressively senior leadership roles
* Expert knowledge of Indigenous healthcare needs, services, and issues
* Demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with Indigenous leaders and organizations
* Proven track record of developing and implementing successful healthcare initiatives

Salary and Benefits
This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $180,000 - $220,000 per annum, depending on experience. A comprehensive benefits package, including medical and dental coverage, pension plan, and opportunities for professional development, are also available.
