Job Description:

The Dental Treatment Coordinator is a critical role that requires exceptional organizational and communication skills. This individual will be responsible for managing patient appointments, coordinating treatment plans, and providing administrative support to the front desk team.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage patient appointments, ensuring efficient utilization of our dental team's schedule.
  2. Coordinate treatment plans, financial arrangements, and insurance preauthorizations to streamline patient visits.
  3. Collect co-pays, manage patient financial records accurately, and follow up on outstanding balances and insurance claims.
  4. Provide support with various front desk duties, including answering phones, patient check-in/out, and maintaining office records.
  5. Act as a key team player, supporting colleagues during busy periods and fostering a positive work environment.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in treatment or financial coordination in a dental setting.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and strong focus on patient care and customer service excellence.
  • Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in dental software (preferably Open Dental), insurance processing, and financial administration.
  • Strong understanding of dental terminology, insurance plans, and accounts receivables.
