As a Medical Care Specialist at Praxair Deutschland GmbH, you will play a critical role in supporting patients with respiratory needs. This includes initiation of prescribed therapy, assessment, education, and follow-up to ensure equipment performance and client compliance.
The position requires strong communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to prioritize and multitask. You will work closely with clients and referral sources to promote Medigas products and services.
Key responsibilities include:
- Initiating and monitoring prescribed respiratory therapy in clients' homes
- Delivering and exchanging equipment, including heavy lifting up to 60lbs
- Conducting in-home client visits and office consultations
- Promoting products and services to referral sources
Required qualifications include:
- Registered Respiratory Therapist or Registered Nurse with current registration
- Minimum 2 years related experience, with homecare and sales experience an asset
