Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Worldline. This role will provide excellent support to merchants and partners through various communication channels, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and resolving issues efficiently.

Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch support to French and English-speaking merchants via phone, email, and chat
  • Educate merchants on our platform, including the Merchant Portal, reporting, and product suite
  • Act as the voice of our customers, gathering feedback and sharing it with teams across the organization
  • Troubleshoot merchant account management and general processing questions
Department Collaboration

As an integral member of our team, you'll participate in meetings with other specialists to discuss updates, payment integration requirements, outages, bug fixes, product launches, and project status. You'll work closely with colleagues to constantly learn and develop, organizing your daily work as part of a high-performance team.

  • Participate in team meetings to discuss updates and share knowledge
  • Collaborate with Customer Operations Specialists, Technical Specialists, and Senior Technical Specialists
  • Organize daily work as part of a high-performance team
Systems Support and Optimization

You'll maintain detailed internal notes on OneDrive, documenting problems and solutions for others to use. You'll also vote on help articles, providing feedback to improve their effectiveness.

  • Maintain internal notes on OneDrive for future reference
  • Vote on help articles to improve their quality
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Fluency in both French and English
  • A passion for customer service and a solution-oriented mindset
  • 1-2 years of experience in a Customer Support role
  • Strong individual contributor skills, with a knack for sharing information and written/verbal communication
  • A passion for proper documentation and ticketing notes
