Manufacturing Operator I

Sun Pharma is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Operator I to join our team in a 3rd shift role. This position involves working with various production processes, including Glatt fluid bed processor, Granulation, Blending, Compression Coating, Imprinting, Banding, and Encapsulation.
Key Responsibilities- Operate and maintain production equipment, ensuring efficient and safe execution of job duties.
- Perform machine changeovers, cleaning, and setup as required to meet production specifications.
- Troubleshoot and make adjustments to maintain production quality and efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements, including cGMP and OSHA regulations.
- Complete manufacturing documents accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
This role requires working in a manufacturing/production environment with exposure to various hazards, including noise, fumes, odors, gases, dust, and physical demands. The employee must be able to navigate office, lab, warehouse, and plant floor working environments.
Requirements- High School/Trade School/Vocational School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of production/manufacturing experience, including experience in primary production processes.
- Experience in Glatt fluid bed processor, Granulation, Blending, Compression Coating, Imprinting, Banding, or Encapsulation.
- Forklift or other related equipment certification a plus.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and knowledge of cGMP and other pharmaceutical regulatory requirements.
- Good math and computer skills, including MS Office and experience with SAP.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
