**Job Summary**

We are seeking a seasoned **Director of Manufacturing Strategy and Operations** to lead the transformation and scaling of our manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing small electronic devices and a proven ability to develop and execute a transformative manufacturing vision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive manufacturing strategy to drive growth, efficiency, and quality.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to optimize lab-scale manufacturing, implement cost-effective methods, and ensure scalability.
  • Manage relationships with contract manufacturers and assembly partners to achieve supply chain excellence.
  • Establish benchmark expectations, monitor progress, and deliver regular reports to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to design products for scalable manufacturing and optimize logistics, inventory management, and vendor relations.
  • Oversee warehouse operations and enhance supply chain efficiency to support business growth.
Requirements
  • 10 years of experience in leading high-quality manufacturing assembly operations.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute a transformative manufacturing vision, with excellent strategic planning, project management, and process improvement skills.
  • Strong background in outsourcing manufacturing processes and supply chain optimization.
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities.
  • Knowledge of industry standards, safety regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Willingness to be based in a Canadian location with international travel for benchmarking and partnership development.
