Job Summary

The Senior Account Manager at Fire Safety and Protection, LLC is responsible for developing new and existing business relationships within a defined territory. This sales professional will focus on building strong partnerships with clients to deliver value-added solutions and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively seek out new business opportunities through networking and prospecting activities.
  • Develop risk-mitigation strategies to assist clients in budgeting for lifecycle projects.
  • Develop and present pricing options for service and planned maintenance agreements.
  • Build strong business partnerships to gain client trust and deliver value-added solutions.
  • Generate and deliver impactful proposals with dynamic professional executive-level presentations.
  • Participate in sales and industry training to convert into sales results.
  • Coordinate with other members of the operations and sales team to ensure achievement of customer needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Industry certifications like CFAA or NICET a plus, not required.
  • 3+ years of industry-related sales experience.
  • Technical experience within one or more of the following: sprinkler, fire alarm, fire extinguisher, suppression systems, security, video, access control, construction, HVAC, or other commercial facilities services or solutions.
  • Ability to communicate and present effectively to groups at all levels.
  • Leadership of customer engagements and ability to manage the entire sales cycle.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with existing clients to maintain present sales and facilitate add-on business and services.
  • Ability to collaborate with other individuals, departments, and teams.
  • Strong ability to write compelling, detailed sales proposals.
  • Well-organized and able to handle multiple proposals and processes simultaneously.
  • Motivated to grow professionally, personally, and financially.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite as well as a CRM platform.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer required.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 15 pounds at a time.
  • Ability to travel as necessary.
