Position Overview:
Hussein Khalil, a dedicated Desjardins Insurance Agent, is on the lookout for a qualified professional to join their thriving team as an Insurance Account Executive. We are searching for a dynamic individual who is passionate about fostering business growth through meaningful interactions and exceptional customer service. If you are a proactive self-starter who excels in a vibrant work environment, this could be your chance for a fulfilling career with significant income and advancement opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads, arrange meetings, assess customer requirements, and promote suitable products and services.
- Deliver timely, precise, and courteous customer support. This includes addressing inquiries related to insurance options, eligibility, coverage details, policy modifications, claims processing, and billing inquiries.
- Collaborate with the agent to set and achieve marketing objectives.
Qualifications:
- Preferred experience in sales (including outside sales, inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing)
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets is preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication abilities - written, verbal, and listening
- Proactive approach to problem-solving
- Commitment to customer satisfaction
- Capability to handle multiple tasks
- Ability to present to prospective clients
- Property & Casualty license (must possess or be able to obtain)
- Life & Health License (must be able to obtain)
Compensation (Salary + Commission): $45,000 - $75,000
- Comprehensive Health Benefits including dental, prescription medications, and vision care
This position is with an independent contractor agent that is part of the Desjardins exclusive agent network. Employees of this agent are not employees of Desjardins Group or its subsidiaries. Independent contractor agents are responsible for all employment decisions regarding their staff.
