Job Title: Spa Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Spa Receptionist to join our team at Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing appointments, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet clients, answer phone calls, and respond to emails in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Appointment Management: Schedule and confirm appointments, manage waitlists, and ensure timely communication with clients and therapists.
  • Front Desk Operations: Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, manage cash and credit transactions, and process payments.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with clients, therapists, and management to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Office.
