We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Spa Receptionist to join our team at Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing appointments, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and guests
- Manage appointments, schedules, and client records
- Process payments, handle cash and credit transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2 years of customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Office
