Spa Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Spa Receptionist to join our team at Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing appointments, and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Greet guests, answer phone calls, and respond to emails in a professional and courteous manner.
- Appointment Management: Schedule and confirm appointments, manage waitlists, and ensure timely communication with guests and therapists.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk area, including handling cash and credit transactions, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records.
- Communication: Collaborate with therapists, managers, and other team members to ensure seamless communication and a positive guest experience.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a spa or wellness environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Office and electronic scheduling software.
