We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Spa Receptionist to join our team at Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing appointments, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage appointments, scheduling, and client records, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Process payments, handle client inquiries, and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring a welcoming environment for clients.
- Collaborate with spa staff to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a spa or wellness environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and staff.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Proficiency in MS Office and electronic scheduling software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and flexible attitude.
