Job Summary

The Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for performing administrative tasks including data entry, client support, appointment management, and reception duties for the CancerCare Manitoba Screening Programs in an efficient manner.

Responsibilities
  • Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and speed (10,000 keystrokes per hour)
  • Support clients in accessing cancer screening services
  • Manage appointments and maintain accurate records
  • Provide exceptional client service and communication skills
Requirements
  • Graduate of a Medical Office Assistant program or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and internet
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a healthcare clinical environment involving patient interaction
  • Familiarity with electronic patient charts and data systems
  • Knowledge of population health and Cancer Screening Programs
Benefits and Compensation

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range: $19.763 - $22.910 per hour, 7.75 hours/day, 2015 annual base hours.
