Job Description:

RJ HAULERS LTD is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team. As an Administrative Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

About the Role:

This is a permanent position working 35 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they are implemented efficiently and effectively.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure that procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities such as assembling data and preparing reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Perform data entry and oversee payroll administration.
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 1-7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with MS Office and other software applications.
