Facilities Rental Coordinator

The City of Cornwall is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Rental Clerk to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the rental of our municipal facilities, including arenas, courts, fields, and parks.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating and scheduling facility bookings for organized sports, community associations, and users
- Managing facility rentals, including setting up and tearing down equipment and supplies
- Processing payments and handling customer inquiries
- Assisting with event planning and coordination, including setting up and tearing down event spaces
- Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all users
Key Qualifications:
- Graduate of a two-year college diploma in Recreation & Leisure Services, Business Administration, or equivalent
- Minimum of two years recent experience handling cash and managing facility rentals
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
