Job Description

The Leasing Administrator will work on-site and is responsible for showcasing and leasing apartment suites to prospective residents. This role requires a high level of customer service, sales skills, and the ability to multitask.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Touring prospective residents through available suites for lease
  • Qualifying prospective residents to determine their needs and suitability as candidates
  • Preparing and processing rental applications
  • Contacting credit bureaus, previous landlords, and assessing employment history to evaluate credit worthiness
  • Utilizing a computerized property management system to record transactions and generate operating reports
  • Maintaining an overall focus on enhancing the customer experience
  • Coordinating resident events and assisting with marketing initiatives

Requirements:

  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in sales or leasing
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • A self-starter with a high degree of initiative, creativity, and flexibility
