Leasing and Sales Coordinator

Job Description
The Leasing Administrator will work on-site and is responsible for showcasing and leasing apartment suites to prospective residents. This role requires a high level of customer service, sales skills, and the ability to multitask.
Key Responsibilities:
- Touring prospective residents through available suites for lease
- Qualifying prospective residents to determine their needs and suitability as candidates
- Preparing and processing rental applications
- Contacting credit bureaus, previous landlords, and assessing employment history to evaluate credit worthiness
- Utilizing a computerized property management system to record transactions and generate operating reports
- Maintaining an overall focus on enhancing the customer experience
- Coordinating resident events and assisting with marketing initiatives
Requirements:
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
- Experience in sales or leasing
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- A self-starter with a high degree of initiative, creativity, and flexibility
