Quality Assurance Automation Specialist

As a Quality Assurance Automation Analyst at Commsoft Technologies Inc., you will play a crucial role in implementing a test automation strategy for our Fidelio ERP software. Under the supervision of the director of business solutions and innovation, you will be responsible for deploying tools to detect system failures and anomalies, from creation to delivery to customer, and ensuring that these issues can be reproduced, understood, and adequately documented.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and Execute Software Tests: Develop and run software tests and validations in accordance with established norms and standards.
- Contribute to Automated Testing: Collaborate with the team to implement automated tests and ensure their quality.
- Ensure Development Quality: Work closely with programmer analysts to ensure the quality of developments and updates.
- Document and Update: Update and revise documents to reflect changes and improvements.
- Rigorous and Organized: Be meticulous in all aspects of the work, with a strong attention to detail.
- Adaptability and Learning: Be able to learn and adapt rapidly to new technologies and processes.
- Logical Approach: Apply a logical and methodical approach to problem-solving.
- Advanced Analytical Skills: Possess advanced analytical skills to identify and resolve complex issues.
- Pressure and Deadlines: Work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Teamwork and Communication: Collaborate with the team, understand the roles of various actors, and communicate effectively in French.
- Education and Experience: Hold a university degree in information technology, computer engineering, or a relevant domain, or a combination of training and experience relevant to the position.
- Automated Test Tools: Master automated test tools such as Cypress, Selenium, and Robot Framework.
- Programming Language: Master the Python programming language.
- Agile Methodology and Quality Assurance: Understand the Agile methodology and quality assurance principles.
- SQL and Communication: Have a good understanding of SQL and possess good oral and written communication skills in French.
- Business Understanding: Understand the processes and contexts of a small business, an asset.
