Senior Automation Quality Assurance Specialist

**Job Summary**

Itlink is seeking a highly skilled Senior Automation Quality Assurance Analyst to support the evolution of its marketing platform. This complex project involves automating marketing communications with the implementation of the Microsoft CRM Dynamics Marketing module.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Define and implement the Test Strategy for the entire project.
  • Participate actively in project workshops and meetings, acting as the Quality Assurance spokesperson.
  • Write and follow up on test cases.
  • Provide estimates for planning purposes, including effort required by direct and indirect systems and people.
  • Document all test results in the appropriate systems.
  • Communicate analysis observations, issues, and conclusions to team members clearly and concisely.
  • Control the quality and stability of IT systems, following standard Product Lifecycle Development (PLC) practices.
  • Implement best practices in relation to automation.
  • Create regression test suites (automated and manual).
  • Create test cases and automated tests for multiple APIs.
  • Plan and execute performance tests.

**Requirements**

  • At least ten years' experience in quality assurance or information technology.
  • Good knowledge of UI Automation (ideally with Selenium).
  • Good knowledge of manual and automated API testing.
  • Practical experience with Soap UI Pro (API automation).
  • Practical experience with Azure DevOps.
  • Practical experience in Agile mode (Scrum, Kanban, INVEST).
  • Experience in performance testing with JMeter.
  • Banking industry experience is a strong asset.
