Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Uplands Convenience Store. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance goals.
- Manage Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day activities of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
- Drive Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall shopping experience.
- Manage Inventory and Stock: Ensure accurate inventory levels, manage stockroom operations, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Resolve Customer Issues: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a focus on attention to detail.
