Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Uplands Convenience Store. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and motivate a team of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and sale of merchandise, ensuring accurate inventory levels and minimizing stock losses.
- Customer Service: Foster a positive and welcoming store environment, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement to inform business decisions.
- Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is clean, well-maintained, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a focus on attention to detail.
