About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team at Fiserv. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for cross-selling our innovative financing solutions to businesses, helping them to grow and thrive in today's fast-paced market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed sales revenue targets through consultative sales approaches and negotiation of pricing and contract terms.
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of opportunities, with consistent follow-up on both inbound and outbound sales leads.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral partners and build a book of repeat customers.
  • Utilize a consultative sales approach to uncover needs and determine the best solution offering for the merchant.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of call centre experience.
  • Bilingual skills (English/French) is required.
  • Post-secondary education is an asset.
  • Cash advance, merchant services, point-of-sale or software sales experience is strongly preferred.
