Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team at Black Mamba Motors Freight Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Delegate work to office support staff to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including the administration of policies and procedures related to the release of records
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and maintenance
  • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures, including supervising staff

Requirements

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • English language proficiency

Work Environment

35 hours per week
