About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Ethnic Collections. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our office operations and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team members, including preparing and editing documents, managing files, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries, and directing calls and messages as needed.
  • Office Management: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring that all necessary supplies and equipment are available.
  • Scheduling: Coordinate appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring that all necessary arrangements are made.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update our digital database, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Language Support: Provide language support for our team members, including translation and interpretation services as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: Will train
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week
