About This Role

As a Customer Service Representative at Circle K, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment where no two days are ever the same. Key Responsibilities

  • Greet Customers: Be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Ringing Up Sales: Accurately ring up sales, manage cash, operate a cash register, and balance your drawer at the end of each shift.
  • Stock Management: Maintain a high level of store appearance by keeping shelves stocked, facing merchandise, and reporting any inventory discrepancies to management.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve daily tasks, resolve issues, and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in response to changing priorities, workload, and circumstances.
