Employee Experience and Engagement Leader

We are seeking an Employee Experience and Engagement Leader to join our team at Bell. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing programs that enhance the overall employee experience and engagement.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, with experience in program management and process improvement. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to analyze data and develop insights.
This position requires a high level of autonomy and independence, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across the organization. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of workplace culture and the importance of creating a positive work environment.
