Employee Experience Specialist

We're looking for a talented HR Business Partner to join our team at Loblaw Companies Limited. As a key member of our HR department, you'll play a critical role in supporting the growth and development of our employees.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that align with business objectives and support the growth of our employees.
Providing expert advice and guidance on HR-related matters to senior leaders and business units, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners.
Designing and delivering training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees, driving engagement and productivity.
Identifying and mitigating risks associated with employee relations, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment.
Partnering with other departments to develop and implement HR-related projects and initiatives, driving business outcomes and enhancing the overall employee experience.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
A degree or diploma in Human Resource Management/Industrial Relations or a related discipline.
A minimum of 5-7 years of progressive human resource business partnering experience with detailed knowledge of Employee Relations & HR Business Partnering.
Strong project management skills, including planning, implementing, and evaluating programs and projects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
A strong understanding of HR principles and practices, including recruitment, selection, and performance management.
