We're looking for a talented HR Business Partner to join our team at Loblaw Companies Limited. As a key member of our HR department, you'll play a critical role in supporting the growth and development of our employees.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that align with business objectives and support the growth of our employees.

  • Providing expert advice and guidance on HR-related matters to senior leaders and business units, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners.

  • Designing and delivering training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees, driving engagement and productivity.

  • Identifying and mitigating risks associated with employee relations, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment.

  • Partnering with other departments to develop and implement HR-related projects and initiatives, driving business outcomes and enhancing the overall employee experience.

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A degree or diploma in Human Resource Management/Industrial Relations or a related discipline.

  • A minimum of 5-7 years of progressive human resource business partnering experience with detailed knowledge of Employee Relations & HR Business Partnering.

  • Strong project management skills, including planning, implementing, and evaluating programs and projects.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.

  • A strong understanding of HR principles and practices, including recruitment, selection, and performance management.
