About the Role

Cella is seeking an Employee Experience Coach to support the planning and execution of training initiatives for a Microsoft Viva Engage rollout. This role will focus on event coordination, training delivery, and fostering user engagement across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of internal communications, employee experience, or related fields, as well as proficiency with Microsoft Viva Engage and enterprise social media and communication platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop resources to help employees understand and effectively use Microsoft Viva Engage.
  • Provide hands-on training and support during scheduled workshops, live sessions, and ad-hoc engagements.
  • Support engagement efforts during a high-activity period, ensuring early-access participants have a positive experience.

Qualifications

  • Must-Have:
    • 5-7 years of experience in training, event coordination, or change management.
    • Strong understanding of internal communications, employee experience, or related fields.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Viva Engage and familiarity with enterprise social media and communication platforms.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
    • Confident presenter with the ability to engage audiences in virtual, in-person, and hybrid settings.
