We are looking for an accomplished financial leader to drive significant impact in our dynamic organization. As Senior Financial Strategist, you will be at the forefront of implementing our financial strategy, ensuring robust internal controls and championing process improvements across the entire business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnering: Collaborate closely with the Chief Financial Officer to execute financial strategies and maintain a strong internal control environment.
  • Leadership: Oversee and guide the finance and accounting teams to ensure excellence in all financial operations.
  • Process Enhancement: Lead initiatives to improve our processes, leveraging new technologies to enhance reporting systems and controls.
  • Risk Management: Implement effective risk management practices to protect our financial integrity.
  • Comprehensive Reporting: Ensure accurate and compliant preparation and presentation of consolidated results, forecasts, and budgets.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $160,000 per annum.

What We're Looking For:

  1. Expertise: Over 10 years of experience in financial accounting, systems, and reporting within complex environments or professional services.
  2. Qualifications: CA (or equivalent) with deep experience in tax and consolidation environments.
  3. Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of 'standard costing' systems, advanced Microsoft Excel skills, and familiarity with tools like Microsoft Power BI.
  4. Leadership: Proven ability to manage and inspire teams, implement change, and drive value-adding initiatives.
  5. Attention to Detail: High accuracy and a meticulous approach to financial management.
  6. Resilience: Ability to perform consistently under pressure, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
