About the Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Senior Financial Reporting Analyst to join our team in Greater Toronto Area. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in financial reporting and analysis, preferably with FP&A and Real Estate exposure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and reviewing consolidated monthly, quarterly reforecast, and budget management reporting materials.
  • Coordinating with other teams to ensure financial results are accurately reflected in executive-level reports.
  • Analyzing key performance indicators such as NOI, occupancy, leasing activity, and capital expenditures.
  • Reviewing month-end close entries and reconciliations for consolidated reporting.

About You

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A Degree in Accounting and a Professional Accounting Designation (CPA).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary Information

The estimated salary range for this role is $115,000 - $125,000 per year, based on the company's industry standards and the location in Greater Toronto Area. This range may vary depending on individual qualifications and experience.
