Retail Store Supervisor

At 6th Ave Food Market Ltd., we are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our supermarket. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead a team of 3-4 staff members.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Evaluating daily store operations and implementing changes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Planning and organizing daily store tasks, including stock management and inventory control
- Managing staff and assigning duties to ensure seamless store operations
- Studying market trends and consumer demand to inform purchasing decisions
- Implementing price and credit policies to maximize sales and revenue
- Monitoring store finances and making budget recommendations
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
The ideal candidate will have a secondary school diploma and 2 years of experience in retail management. They will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have excellent problem-solving skills.
