Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at West End Convenience Store. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of 3-4 team members, including cashiers, grocery clerks, and retail salespersons.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient stockroom operations.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and addressing customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Merchandising and Sales: Analyze sales data and make informed decisions to optimize product placement, pricing, and promotions.
- Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit accurate reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 5 years or more in a retail management role.
- Language: English.
- Work Schedule: 35-40 hours per week.
