Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at West End Convenience Store. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our sales team, including cashiers, grocery clerks, and retail salespersons.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that our shelves are fully stocked and merchandise is accurately displayed.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and addressing customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to support business decision-making.
- Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 5 years or more in a retail management role.
- Language: English.
- Work Schedule: 35 to 40 hours per week.
