Job Overview

This role involves acting as a liaison between customers and our plant facilities or sales teams. You will monitor and enter incoming sales orders, create invoices and other documentation based on sales orders, and respond to customer requests for various documentation.

Responsibilities
  • Liaise with customers and internal teams to resolve complex order issues
  • Monitor and manage incoming sales orders, ensuring timely delivery
  • Create accurate and detailed invoices and documentation
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving complaints
  • Prepare and analyze metrics, such as on-time delivery and order/product changes
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • 2 years' customer service experience in an office environment
  • Strong computer skills in MS Word and Excel, large databases, and data entry
  • A customer-focused approach and ability to build strong relationships
  • Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and numbers orientation

The following qualifications are considered assets:

  • Degree or diploma in Business
  • Understanding of shipments and associated documentation
  • Experience in the agricultural industry

Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary, pension plan, flexible benefits package, and opportunities for training and career development. Estimated annual salary range: $50,000 - $70,000.
