About the Role

Pioneer #212 is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
  • Office Management: Assist with the management of our office, including maintaining records, coordinating meetings, and ensuring the office is running efficiently.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with our team, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Project Coordination: Assist with the coordination of projects, including planning, organizing, and implementing project tasks.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports as required, including financial reports, project reports, and other administrative reports.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work independently, and proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
Working Conditions
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced office environment with minimal supervision.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work in a seated position for long periods, with frequent standing and walking.
