Marketing Analytics Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Analytics Director to join our team at ApplyBoard. As a key member of our marketing organization, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our marketing strategy through data-driven insights and advanced analytics.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute the overall marketing analytics strategy in alignment with business objectives, leveraging data to inform marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of marketing analysts and data scientists, fostering a data-driven culture within the marketing team and the broader organization.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to integrate data insights into broader business strategies, driving the effectiveness and efficiency of our marketing efforts.
- Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of large datasets to inform marketing strategies and campaigns, providing actionable insights to optimize marketing performance across all channels.
- Develop predictive models and advanced analytics to forecast marketing trends and customer behavior, leveraging machine learning and AI to enhance data analysis and campaign personalization.
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of marketing data through robust data governance practices, evaluating and implementing cutting-edge marketing analytics tools and technologies.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, conducting A/B testing and other experimental methodologies to improve campaign performance.
- Report on marketing ROI and provide recommendations for continuous improvement, working closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
