Marketing Director

Volvocarsmallofgeorgia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Director to lead the development and implementation of its strategic marketing and fundraising activities. Reporting to the Executive Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for building the capacity and teams in the Marketing, Development, and Communication areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive business growth and brand awareness.
- Lead the development of marketing campaigns and materials, including social media, email, and print.
- Collaborate with the senior leadership team to create strong development and marketing strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, sponsors, and partners.
- Manage and oversee the marketing budget to ensure effective use of resources.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in marketing and fundraising, preferably in a non-profit or corporate setting.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
What We Offer:
- An annual salary of $110,000 to $125,000, commensurate with experience.
- Additional benefits, including annual vacation, participation in an extended health plan, and retirement benefits.
