Job Description

**Job Title:** Senior Marketing Director

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing strategy, brand management, and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase brand awareness.
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals to achieve marketing objectives and goals.
  • Manage the marketing budget and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement marketing plans that align with business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize results.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and agencies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing strategy, brand management, and digital marketing.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and increasing brand awareness.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Experience in managing a team of marketing professionals.
  • Knowledge of marketing analytics and data-driven decision making.
