Marketing Director

At Apollo Americ, we're seeking a talented Marketing Manager to lead our creative content creation, product marketing, and brand management efforts.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that resonate with our audience and elevate our brand presence.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to drive engagement across diverse industries and align marketing plans with sales strategies.
- Oversee the daily activities of 5+ direct reports, including Digital Strategists, Creative Producers, and other team members.
- Manage the marketing budget, including P&L tracking, to ensure efficient use of resources and maximum return on investment.
- Plan, execute, and attend marketing and trade-based events to achieve strategic objectives.
- Ensure consistent deployment and representation of the Apollo Americ brand across all channels, partners, and assets.
- Implement a KPI system to track the performance of marketing activities and make adjustments as needed to optimize results.
- Coordinate and execute product launches and enhancements in collaboration with senior management, sales, and engineering teams.
- Provide strong leadership and support to the marketing team, including participation in HR activities such as work planning, performance reviews, hiring, and termination.
- 7+ years of experience in developing and executing brand and product marketing strategies.
- In-depth understanding of marketing channels and sales funnels, with the ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Proven experience in managing the strategic evaluation and execution of marketing plans.
- Tactical experience in digital marketing, including web development, graphic design, SEO, and social media.
- Creative and analytical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in CMS and CRM systems.
