As a Key Account Manager at PepsiCo Canada, you will play a critical role in driving sales and profit objectives with key customers, including Circle East and Couche Tard. Your expertise will be essential in developing and implementing customer business plans, aligning category and brand strategies with customer strategies, and driving profitability objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Champion the delivery of planned volume and profit objectives, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic direction.
  • Manage information flow between key business contacts, improving the effectiveness of executional proposals and facilitating strong field implementation.
  • Bring key business strategies to life, enhancing the position of our brands with consumers through a superior understanding of customers.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of customer strategies, business plans, practices, and processes to optimize business results.
  • Support and develop Quebec C&G KAM to achieve business targets, growth, and execution.
  • Continuously develop forecasting processes and tools, improving historical analytics and forward-looking assumptions.
Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of the marketplace environment impacting customers, with key skill sets including Strategic Insight, Business Planning, Conflict Management, Savvy Communication, and Influence Management.
  • Excellent selling and negotiating skills, with well-developed interpersonal communication skills and an assertive, proactive, and analytical approach.
  • Ability to work within a team environment, with a sales background and broad-based experience in varied disciplines.
