Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Agriculture Account Manager to join our Commercial Banking team at NBC. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients in the agriculture industry, providing them with expert advice and guidance to help them achieve their financial goals.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing business development strategies to drive growth and revenue in the agriculture sector
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling
  • Providing expert advice on financial products and services to clients, including loans, deposits, and other banking solutions
  • Staying up-to-date with market trends and regulatory changes to ensure clients are well-informed and compliant

Requirements

  • University degree in a related field, such as agriculture, business, or finance
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the agriculture or financial services industry

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Proven track record of success in business development and client relationship management
