Responsibilities

As a Key Account Manager, you'll be responsible for delivering sales and profit objectives with key customers, including Circle East and Couche Tard. You'll develop and implement customer business plans, aligning category and brand strategies with customer strategies to drive profitability.

You'll have expert knowledge of business trends, market dynamics, and customer developments, recommending improvements and innovative solutions to trade-based activities. You'll also own the forecasting process, including financial reconciliations, forecast review, and report generation.

Key Responsibilities:

Champion the delivery of planned volume and profit objectives, consistent with the strategic direction of the business.
Efficiently manage information flow between key business contacts, improving the effectiveness of executional proposals and facilitating strong field implementation.
Bring key business strategies to life, enhancing the position of our brands to consumers by leveraging a superior understanding of customers.
Develop a thorough understanding of customer strategies, business plans, practices, and processes to optimize business results.
Support and develop Quebec C&G KAM to achieve business targets, growth, and execution.
Continue to develop forecasting processes and tools, improving both historical analytics and forward-looking assumptions.

Requirements:

Required to have a thorough understanding of the marketplace environment impacting the customer.
Strong selling and negotiating skills.
Well-developed interpersonal communication skills, an assertive, proactive, and analytical approach with a sales background.
Ability to work within a team environment.

Broad-based experience in varied disciplines – Sales, Sales Management, Cross-Channel experience.
Bachelor's degree in Business is required.
