Job Overview
As a key member of our Commercial &1859 Private Wealth Management team, you will play a vital role in guiding hundreds of small to medium-sized businesses towards the most suitable financial solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a client portfolio, meeting business development objectives by proposing tailored solutions.
- Identify and seize referral opportunities, fostering synergy across the Bank.
- Conduct financial analyses, develop financing scenarios, and negotiate product terms with clients.
- Ensure service quality standards and compliance with regulatory rules.
- Identify business opportunities for all Bank products and services, and participate in visibility activities.
- Assess risks inherent to the sector's activities.
Your Team
You will be part of a team of professionals supporting commercial customers, surrounded by an ecosystem of experts to help you offer the best possible solutions.
Reporting to the Regional Vice-President, this position is based in Granby, with access to action-based learning training programs and a diverse team of colleagues.
Requirements
- A university certificate or equivalent, with 7 years of experience, or a bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience, or a master's degree with 3 years of experience.
- Experience in business development, knowledge of financial statement analysis, and established professional networks.
- Negotiation skills and proficiency in French.
