Market Analyst Job Description

At Argus, we are seeking a highly skilled Market Analyst to join our team. As a Market Analyst, you will play a critical role in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting performance metrics and KPIs related to marketing and sales campaigns and channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement methods for collecting metrics on marketing channels and campaigns.
  • Provide bi-monthly reports on marketing and sales performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Support the integration of lead data and the lead qualification process within the CRM system.
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of brand and marketing strategies.
  • Train stakeholders on Argus Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and departmental processes.
  • Analyze data to interpret market trends and provide actionable insights.
  • Translate data into impactful storytelling and data visualization.
  • Formulate reports and make recommendations for market, product, and customer identification.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in economics, commerce, or business administration.
  • 3-6 years of experience in market research, market analysis, or business analytics.
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of marketing analytical tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Comprehensive understanding of marketing concepts and metrics.
