Market Analyst Job Description

At Argus Machine Co. Ltd., we are seeking a highly skilled Market Analyst to join our team. As a Market Analyst, you will play a crucial role in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting performance metrics and KPIs related to marketing and sales campaigns and channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement methods for collecting metrics on marketing channels and campaigns.
  • Support the integration of lead data and the lead qualification process within the CRM system.
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of brand and marketing strategies.
  • Train stakeholders on Argus Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and departmental processes, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Systematically gather, record, and analyze data on customers, competitors, products, and the market using various methods.
  • Analyze data to interpret market trends, gain deeper consumer insights, and provide a holistic analysis.
  • Translate data into actionable information for stakeholders through impactful storytelling and data visualization.
  • Formulate reports and make recommendations for market, product, and customer identification.
  • Support company strategy by providing insights from market analysis to grow the customer base and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in economics, commerce, or business administration.
  • 3-6 years of experience in market research, market analysis, or business analytics, ideally within a B2B manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and Project Management skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of marketing analytical tools such as Google Analytics is required.
  • Comprehensive understanding of marketing concepts and metrics.
  • Competent in using Microsoft Office Suite, PowerBI, computer software related to business operations (ERP) and CRM systems.
