Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor - Lead Sales Team
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to lead our sales team at ACC Gold and Diamond Jewellers Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for assigning sales workers to duties, authorizing payments, and establishing work schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure efficient sales floor operations
- Authorize payments by cheque and manage cash handling procedures
- Establish work schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely manner
- Organize and maintain inventory levels to meet sales demands
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle heavy loads
